I took pride in providing instant assistance to our clients when they encountered challenges while using MoBagel's Machine Learning tools. Whether it was navigating the Decanter AI functionality or addressing usability questions, my goal was to ensure that our clients could leverage the full power of our platform effectively. One of the key aspects of my role was consulting with clients on how to group prediction results by features, labels, and other relevant factors. Additionally, I assisted them in data preprocessing, offering guidance on data mapping with popular tools like Excel, R, or Python.
